Sally Stretton

I first became interested in Am Dram when I lived in Eydon by helping backstage as a dresser for the pantomime dame. I was happy to help out but was then given a one liner in the pantomime Peter Pan. This was to inspire me to try out various chorus line performances which I grew to love. This was followed by many different roles over many years.

After arriving in Hook Norton at the end of the Covid in 2021 I saw that Hooky Players were holding their AGM in 2023 so I popped along and decided to become a member. I was lucky enough to be given the part of Daphne in the first Hooky Production for a while “There Goes The Bride”. Followed by a part in “We Will Remember Them” later in the year.

I look forward to many more events for Hooky Players in the future.
